Permanent Cosmetics

You will learn the methods used to perform permanent makeup, the importance of an intensive client consultation, pre and post treatments and acknowledgement of risks and complications.

We will  teach the Softap Method, electric & digital pen method of implantation. Softap does not utilize a machine; rather a hand held tool with multiple "taps" that implant pigment 2 millimeters into the skin at a 45-degree angle. This method is less painful than machine implantation, and has much less fading without discoloration.

We teach the entire 132 hours because we believe it is necessary to do as much hands on as possible to build confidence and success.

The course requires the following subjects to be covered.
  • Sanitation, Sterilzation, Safety, 12 hours
  • Skin Analysis, 8 hours
  • Equipment and Supplies, 8 hours
  • Color Theory and Effects, 32 hours
  • Client Consultation, 8 hours
  • Application of Pigment, 64 hours
Total Course Hours 132
